Shipping policy

Every pair of Etherea wings is handmade and hand-painted to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your wings to be crafted before they ship. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the United States. Your wings ship flat in a protective box; the battery control pack may arrive in a separate package. Batteries are not included (the wings run on 4 AA batteries).

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Etherea is not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered but reported not received. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.
